Agency Agreements
Stradia enters into agency agreements with clients to carry out the compliance requirements on their behalf via a formal agreement to do so.
We act on behalf of an importer or manufacturer to meet their product compliance obligations under one or more of the Australian product regulatory arrangements. With this authority in place prepare the technical file, complete the Declaration of Conformity (DoC), label a product, and compile and hold compliance records on our product compliance database. We also assist our clients with preparing labels and technical and user manuals.
Stradia has written agency agreement with clients establishing a legal arrangement and outline the rights and responsibilities of all parties. The agreement allows us to act as the representative for compliance with regulatory arrangements.
