Product Compliance Database

Use the product compliance database for registration of your product and compliance data. The database is used to manage equipment registrations for the Regulatory Compliance Mark, Electrical Safety Approval, Energy Efficiency Rating and Marks, the CE Mark and other marks and registrations.  Upload your certificates of compliance and links to test reports and other important compliance information.  The information is only visible to the user and Stradia.
Click the button to access the Product Compliance Database.   

User guide for the Product Compliance Database

Register for use by adding your email and contact details using <Sign Up> and a new company if required by using the <Add a new option> link.
After registering to use the Product Compliance Database commence by logging in.


Then select the button<Product Management> and then <Add product>.   From the pull down menu under the field <type>, select a type such <whitegoods>.  

Fill out the fields with the required information such as model number and brand name.  Then click on <submit>.   

Next <Edit Product Technical Detail> will appear.   Add as much information as possible to give a comprehensive technical description of the product and its associated technical information.  Then click on <submit>.  

Now click on the button<Compliance Reports> and then click on<Add Compliance Report>.

Add the compliance report information and links to the reports the click on <submit>.  Repeat this process for each certificate you have.

Then click on the button <Compliance Certificates> and then the button <Add Compliance Certificate>.

From the pull down menu <Product> select the product you want to add compliance certificate to and fill out the applicable fields and links and click on <submit>.  Repeat this process for each certificate you have.

Next click on the button <Compliance Marks> and then click on <Add Compliance Mark>.

From the pull down menu <Product> select the product you want to add types of compliance mark to.   Select the applicable marks and fill out the appropriate fields and click on <submit>.   

If you need to update or add information about your company next click on the button <My Company> and edit and add the information as required.

The see the information you have added for each product click on each button.    For example this is an example view you will get by  clicking the button <Product Management>.
